The full height design covers much more metal work compared to standard ply-lining kits, the window apertures also hide the curtain metal work nicely offering a really smart finish. See Vanshade ply lining if fitting Vanshade pods. Window apertures as standard include OS/NS front and tailgate or barn doors, for bespoke window additions or removal please just specify in customer notes on checkout. Full ply-lining kits, headliners and 12mm floors also available.

Fitting
Our full height ply lining panels are designed to sit outside the standard recess, they therefore are not fixed with clips, this does however offer a professional seamless camper van finish. Although a little trickier to fit, the full height offeres are far better finish. We have listed a few ways professionals ply line below. We recommend two people for all options
- Small black panhead screws-
Firstly, carpet the panels and the areas in which the panels will not cover, then simply screw them to the metal work using small black pan head screws. The screws are barely visible within the carpet and this option allows the removal on the panel if necessary. You may find it helps to pre-drill with a 2.5 metal bit. We recommend two people to carry out the fitting.
- Secret screw-
As before, carpet the panels and the areas in which the panels will not cover. Then make a small V shaped cut in the carpet with a sharp Stanley knife, as we only use 6mm you can then screw the panels with a small headed counter sunk screw, finally butt the carpet over the screw head for a seamless finish
- Carpet drop-
Firstly, screw all uncarpeted ply into position with counter sink screws, then carpet drop the full side of the van starting from the top. Individual doors will still require steps 1 or 2
