Payment, Delivery & Returns

At Cool-Whip Campers, we aim to make your van conversion journey as seamless as possible. Below is the essential information regarding our delivery processes, payment security, and our policy on returns and cancellations.

1. Delivery Information

We specialise in the secure transport of large, high-quality automotive components and furniture kits. Every item is packed with care to ensure it reaches you in showroom condition.

  • Shipping Areas: We currently deliver to the United Kingdom mainland. For deliveries to the Highlands, Islands, or Northern Ireland, please contact us for a bespoke quote.

  • Shipping Methods: We utilise specialised freight carriers for our flat-pack and pre-built seating and furniture systems.

  • Delivery Costs:

    • UK Mainland Standard Delivery: £95.00

    • European Delivery: £350.00

    • Showroom Collection: Free (Available by appointment from our Torpoint workshop).

  • Order Processing & Lead Times: Most of our furniture kits are bespoke and made to order.

    • Bespoke Orders: Typically processed and manufactured within 30 business days (6 weeks).

    • Stock Items: Our “ready-to-go” components are dispatched within 7 working days.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details and an estimated arrival window.

Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a full and accurate delivery address. Cool-Whip Campers cannot be held liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect information.

2. Cancellations & Amendments

We understand that plans can change.

  • Amendments: You may cancel or amend your order by telephoning us on +44 01752 423642 on the day of purchase.

  • Bespoke Items: For bespoke or custom-upholstered items, cancellations or changes are not possible once the production process has commenced.

3. Payment, Returns & Refunds

Cool-Whip Campers is a trading name of COOL-WHIP CAMPERS LTD (Company No: 12455243). All payments are securely processed by COOL-WHIP CAMPERS LTD.

Change of Mind (Right to Cancel)

Because our furniture kits are bespoke and manufactured to your specific requirements, they are exempt from standard 14-day “change of mind” returns.

  • Colours: Please be aware that colours can appear differently on screen than in person. It is the customer’s responsibility to request physical samples from our suppliers, Morland, prior to purchase.

  • Verification: We ask that you check your order requirements thoroughly before making payment, as we cannot offer refunds once an order has been placed into production.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Upon delivery, you are required to examine the goods and check the condition of the packaging for any signs of transit damage. You will be asked to sign to confirm that the goods have been received in a condition free from visible damage.

  • Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to sign the delivery document, this will be recorded as a refusal to accept delivery.

  • Recording Damage: If the packaging is significantly damaged, you must record this on the delivery document and take photographs prior to opening.

  • Insurance: Failure to note damage at the point of delivery may void insurance claims against the carrier, and we will not be held responsible for damage sustained in transit.

  • Reporting: Any further damage found (not caused in transit) must be reported to our customer service team within 5 working days of delivery.

Faulty or Incomplete Components

In the event that a specific component is found to be faulty or is missing, we will provide a replacement part free of charge. As our products are modular, we aim to rectify issues by sending the individual component rather than exchanging an entire unit. Please contact support@coolwhipcampers.com with photos of the specific part to arrange a replacement.
