Our B/B grade birch headliners offer a natural, warm and unique finish to your van, as a pose to the standard go to carpet. We recommend oiling the panels in Danish or Osmo oil for best results. Our full height ply lining panels are designed to sit outside the standard recess, they therefore are not fixed with clips. Although a little trickier to fit, the full height panels offer are far better finish. .
Firstly, oil or varnish your ply lining in a product of your choice, then simply screw them to the van metal work using small black pan head screws. This option allows the removal on the panel if necessary. You may find it helps to pre-drill with a 2.5 metal bit. We recommend two people to carry out the fitting.
